Description:
This script will walk you through the process of attaching documents to your job postings. This might include, but is not
limited to, screening documents, interview questions and answers, or notes from the hiring process.
Make sure that you allow pop-ups for this site.

Begin by navigating to the Find Job Openings page. From the
main menu, select Recruiting.
Click the Search button on the top or bottom of the page.

The Search Results should now be displayed.

Click on the job to browse your applicants.

The Job Opening page should now be displayed.

Click on the Activity & Attachments tab.

The Activity & Attachments section should now be displayed.

Click on the Add Attachment link under the Attachments
area. The following message will appear:
Files must not exceed 1000KB in size.
If you try to upload a file larger than the maximum size, it will
not be saved.
Click the Ok button. Click the Browse… button.

Select a document to attach and click the Upload button.

Fill in the Description and Audience boxes as needed. These
are not required if they do not apply.

When you are finished adding attachments, click the Save link
at the bottom of the page.
