Course English 11R
Student Expectations: You are expected to attend class daily and on time unless legally excused.
Guidance appointments must be approved by the teacher beforehand. Homework is expected to be
handed in on time and must be neat and complete. If a student is absent, he or she is responsible for
conferencing with the teacher the next day to make up any missing work or tests. A student is expected to
be prepared every day with necessary textbook or novel, a notebook, pen, pencil and any other required
materials.

In order to be a member of the English Honor Society, a student must maintain a 90 average and must be
a member of an approved English extra-curricular activity such as The Chieftain, The Totem, The Arrow,
The Fall Drama, The Musical, or TAG.

helpful to have your child’s teacher’s name and the title of his or her course. We look forward to a
