Portfolio
2015-2016
 You will be creating a portfolio showcasing the work you have done this year in science research.
 This portfolio will be placed into a 1-1.5 inch binder with a clear pocket in the front to place your
cover sheet into and pockets on the inside of the binder.
 Everything that will go into this portfolio must be placed in sheet protectors.
The following information will be placed on the FRONT of your binder:

TABLE OF CONTENTS
 Include each section and assignment.
 Page numbers are not necessary
1. PROPOSAL
 Everyone completed a proposal at the beginning of the year.
 Make any revisions necessary before placing it into your portfolio.
2. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
 All scientific journals/articles/information from websites used in background information.
 If it’s a long source, you can print multiple sheets on 1 page.
3. PICTURE OF YOUR BOARD
 Picture of your board (I have a picture of your board. Email me if you need it).
4. FINAL RESEARCH PAPER
 Final Research Paper (revised if needed).
4. COMPETITIONS
 List of all competitions you attended during this school year (2015-2016) and dates.
 Any certificates/awards you have received. Take pictures if needed.
5. REFLECTION
 Reflection Essay
6. JOURNAL
 Place journal in binder or in the back pocket of your portfolio.
This portfolio will be part of your final exam grade.
Make sure you follow the correct format and the order above.
