Chicken Soup

Chicken Noodle Soup
2 tsp onion
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 celery stick
1/2 potato
1/2 cup cubed chicken breast
1 cup elbow pasta
3 3/4 cup broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Yield: 4
1) Heat large pot to medium high heat
2) Add onion, garlic, celery and carrots to pot and cook until tender
3) Aadd in cubed raw chicken breast
4) When chicken begins to cook add in 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth into pot with the
vegetables and chicken.
5) Directly after adding in the chicken broth, add in your cubed pieces of potato and a cup of
elbow pasta
6) Add in a 1/2 of salt
7) Cover the pot and let simmer for an hour
8) Add in 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
9) Let simmer for additional 10 minutes
10) Serve and enjoy
