keyboard needs to be synced to the tablet and a skin protector is needed. Mary Jane will obtain a
skin protector and work on syncing the keyboard to the tablet. It was decided to set up the

have an orientation (overview of the sale) for all apprentices at the beginning of each shift

responded with the bid. Mary Jane distributed a breakdown budget sheet showing signage
& installation bids & total costs depending on bids awarded. It was recommended by Russ
Engle, Head of OCCC Maintenance, to replace the current plywood sheet being used to
post signs with pressure treated plywood, rather than have a new structure built. Russ has
given his permission for the signage project. It was requested by Liz that we obtain written
permission from the OCCC President to approve the signage projects. Mary Jane
volunteered to obtain the written permission. A motion was made by Cathi to
approve up to $1,316.00 for compost signage at Newport and Lincoln City
demonstration gardens. The motion passed unanimously. Donna volunteered her
husband to complete the Lincoln City sign structure by replacing the old plywood.

There was an article in the newspaper advertising soil sample testing being available at the
