Your signature
The VQAC conditions of registration and this VQAC Registration Agreement form part of your
Registration Agreement. It is important that you are aware of these conditions and understand
them. If you have not got the conditions of registration, please contact us and we will send you
another copy.
 I confirm that I wish to register for the qualification specified in Section 3c of this
Registration Agreement. I have read and understood the conditions which form part of this
Registration Agreement and I agree to be bound by them.
 I confirm that I am normally and lawfully resided in the UK from choice and without any
immigration restriction on the length of my stay in the UK.
 I understand that other conditions affecting my continued registration with the University
may be issued by the University from time to time. I also understand that my failure to
abide by such conditions may lead to the University terminating this Registration
Agreement.
 I confirm that I am in a job role, secondment or a voluntary work placement that will allow
me to gather the required work based evidence of competence and that I am supported by
my Line Manager.

If you are being sponsored or are paying by OUSBA you can submit a scanned copy (so
original signatures can be seen) of your completed registration agreement by e-mail to vqenquiries@open.ac.uk or you can send them by post to the address below.
If you are paying by credit/debit card we are not able to accept an e-mail copy of registration
agreement forms that contain card details therefore you should send your completed
registration agreement to the following address:
