The purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to assist in the provision of an efficient and effective food and
beverage service to a high standard.
Main responsibilities:

Assist and support the operation of a hospitality unit to enable a
comprehensive food, beverage and accommodation service to be
provided to a range of customers including staff and students.
Ensure the highest quality of customer care to all customers.

Responsible for the cleaning and care of all areas of work and the
equipment.

3.
To be fully conversant with health and safety and food safety
regulations, University and relevant external, policies, procedures and
codes of practice. Also till and IT systems in operation within the
department.

4.
Undertake training and development required for the post and in
order to train team and enhance working skills and knowledge to
meet and exceed customer expectations.
