Main responsibilities: % of time per year 1. Assist and support the operation of a hospitality unit to enable a comprehensive food, beverage and accommodation service to be provided to a range of customers including staff and students. Ensure the highest quality of customer care to all customers. 40% 2. Responsible for the cleaning and care of all areas of work and the equipment. 30% 3. To be fully conversant with health and safety and food safety regulations, University and relevant external, policies, procedures and codes of practice.
