Position Summary The Entrepreneurial Associate will support the Picmonic leadership team in running a startup company. The objective is to drive the Company’s efforts to become a leader in its chosen markets and achieve its revenue goals while always managing to the P&L and cash balance. The associate will be involved in activities related to operations, administration, HR, corporate finance/accounting, fundraising, legal, marketing, and product development (technology and content). A passion for the idea of entrepreneurship A desire to learn and grow diversified skillsets Understanding of project planning, finance, and accounting are a bonus Fluent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar iWork and Google Docs programs Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with internal and external managers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational, management and team-building skills Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability Excellent relationship-building skills and rapport building Very outgoing Positive outlook on life The Legalities: Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee must exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift and/or move objects.
