Inner Peace Facilitation and Training, LLC is a small business located in Flagstaff, AZ with its Director, Shannon Arnett.
Shannon offers local and national training, facilitation, workshops, retreats and individual sessions all toward greater
goals of positive change and motivation. Through Inner Peace since 2009, Shannon Arnett has reached audiences
anywhere from 5 to 350 people with topics ranging from holistic health and wellness, to goal setting and group

include a background in counseling psychology, yoga, and student affairs. The intern position would assist in the
outreach both locally and nationally to book group retreats from higher education, business, non-profit, and community
organizations, as well as promote existing workshops and opportunities. A full list of duties is included below:

Internship Duties Include:
 Develop recruiting strategies and implement outreach to potential retreat, workshop, presentation, training,
and individual session participants from a variety of group sources
 Successfully book additional retreats, presentations, workshops for the upcoming year
 Promote and book students for the Inner Peace Facilitator Training Certification Program
 Increase Inner Peace LLC overall web presence and outreach through social media and various strategies
 Assist with successful implementation of long term business plan
 Assist in best accounting practices for Business Tax purposes
 Communicate effectively, professionally, and kindly with Shannon Arnett as internship supervisor, community
members, potential and ongoing clients, and fellow students as a representative of Inner Peace Facilitation and
Training, LLC
 Practice recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation of presentation materials,
evaluations, and preparation needs that also honor the unique and vulnerable nature of each client’s requests
with confidentiality and professionalism
 Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge,
and obtain referrals and sales leads.
Educational and Experience Qualifications:
• Must have a desire to work in a self-directed, autonomous, and enthusiastic manner
• Interest in promoting overall health and wellness, group unity and cooperation, and contributing wisely toward
humanitarian efforts with an open mind toward new learning and skills
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
• A desire to learn and teach
