This information must be provided no later than three business days of your date of hire. Temple University uses an electronic process which enables you to complete the required new hire documents (Forms I9, W-4, Direct Deposit) prior to your date of hire. Within a few days of returning your signed appointment letter you will receive an e-mail request from DocuSign asking for you to provide Human Resources with your social security number and date of birth. This information is required to initiate the new hire process. You will also receive a welcome e-mail from Human Resources that outlines the remaining steps needed to complete the new hire process.
