State Fashion Revue- Wednesday, August 5 at Penn State.
2015 Theme: 4-H- “If you can dream it, you can do it”
* Construction judging will take place on the member.

Who can enter:
8 to 12 (as of January 1, 2015)
13 and over (as of January 1, 2015)
Any 4-H'er enrolled in a clothing project
