
Ask communities/people what do they want? We can use Face book for this purpose.

What are the limits and obstacles in our members organization and see what the
Network can do for them

Survey on needs and situation in the field of e-participation in each member country

Clarify e-participation definition

Set up al least 3 pilot projects of bottom up efforts

Include this as part of CP study

Make our web site/blog/googledocs/on line forum and other tools alive – selfimprovement – we should be a good examples for our citizens initiatives

Develop some action where we can use this tool e.g. e- campaign related to bridging
EU and non EU countries (for support of non EU countries)

Attempt to shift to more citizens focus support to this area ……

To have an open training program that will include e-participation

Look at transforming CoE documents of ELDW
