Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate (one) in the fixed emolument of Rs. 5000/- p.m. (Sanctioned for 22- months) in a ICSSR sponsored project entitled, “ Role of Psychological Contract, Personality and Organizational Culture in
Performance Among Front Level Managerial Personnel
.”
The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the Project.
The minimum Qualification & Experience are as follows:-
The applicant must have postgraduate degree in psychology with 55% marks. Age should not be more than 35 years.
Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project or related field will be preferred.
All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
