Our Mission
Established in 2000 by our founder and Chairman,
Charles “Coach D” Dismuke, the HITT Fast pitch
organization is one of the premier softball clubs in the
state. Our goal is to cultivate and develop our players to
prepare them for not only high school, but for
recruitment opportunities into college level programs.
To date, we have assisted over 100 players achieve their
dream of playing at the collegiate level.
Our goal is to develop teams and players through
positive attitudes and strong fundamental training.
We will provide the skills and mental training necessary
for our athletes to reach the highest levels of the game.
Our coaches strive to offer the highest quality instruction
to prepare our athletes, for both on and off the field.
There is one factor that sets the HITT apart from other
organizations in the area – we are about quality, not
quantity. We strive to maintain the culture that we have
successfully upheld for over 15 years, and that is to be a
family and carry the tradition of good sportsmanship and
quality play when we step on the field. We only average
8-10 teams a season from 10u to 18u and will not grow
past that. Too many teams can result in a lack of
personal attention and growth. We want to ensure that
I further understand that the SA Hitt Camp is not
sanctioned by the Dilley Independent School District
and is a private association.
we have quality players and a dedicated coaching
staff to develop each and every young lady that enters
our organization.
