All proceeds will go to benefit the arts center and it is a great event. Suzette Hart (art teacher at Calhoun) and I agreed to work with student volunteers and thought this would be a great opportunity for your students. We are trying to recruit students to help with the event which will be on Friday, November 13th this year. I have included a list of the times and dates we need the volunteers. All students would report to Suzette, myself, and/or the art center staff. Please let me know if you can assist me with this. I think it would be a great opportunity for your students to support the arts as well as earn some volunteer hours. I look forward to hearing from you.
