WHEREAS: Section 11 of the Pittsburg State University Constitution states the need for a Big
Event Director; AND
WHEREAS: President Hostetler and Vice President Herring have reviewed all applicants
thoroughly; AND
WHEREAS: Through this application process President Hostetler and Vice President Herring
have arrived at the conclusion that John Botts is the best choice for Big Event Director:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PITTSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT
SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED: That the senate accepts the recommendation of President
Hostetler and Vice President Herring and hereby appoint John Botts as Big Event Director.
