Missouri State University • Fraternity and Sorority Life Educational Events Guidelines Missouri State University Fraternity & Sorority Life Educational Event Guidelines Missouri State University • Fraternity and Sorority Life Educational Events Guidelines Event Guidelines Chapter must have a minimum 25% attendance for event to constitute as a chapter educational event/program. A chapter sign-up sheet must be presented with the signatures of those in attendance. The sheet must also be signed by the chapter representative and faculty advisor verifying the event occurred with the required amount of attendance and that there was quality education in the event. An Educational Program Report must be presented by the president briefly describing what topic was discussed, who the presenter was, and the location and time of said event. o Can be found on the FSL page on missouristate.edu under Reporting Forms All paperwork is due to the OSE by 4:00pm within 7 calendar days of the event. All presenters are expected to have expert working knowledge in the field which they are presenting. If educational event does not include a speaker, there must be educational content given to all attendees and approved by faculty advisor of the hosting chapter(s).
