"The Board of Regents approves the list of nominees for honorary doctoral
degrees as proposed for commencement exercises in the spring of 2005 and
beyond, and authorizes Chancellors Maimon and Pugh to invite the approved
nominees and announce their acceptance. This motion is effective November 1,
2004."

"The Board of Regents amends the FY2006 capital budget to reprioritize
the 'New Construction Projects', moving the UAF SFOS Facility Juneau
Lena Point to priority number 2. This motion is effective November 1,
2004."

"The Board of Regents amends the FY2006 capital budget, adding a new
line item under 'Land and Property' titled 'UAA Aviation Center
Expansion' in the amount of $4 million in receipt authority. This motion is
effective November 1, 2004."
