This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
Documents dated January 20, 2014 and all prior addenda and clarifications. Acknowledge receipt of
this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to
disqualification.

132 High St. – Interior / Exterior Renovation
 2nd floor Toilet Room #1 between bedrooms #3 and #4: Window opening to receive new 3/3
double hung will require carpentry work to accept new sashes. Existing condition is an
interior mounted storm window and exterior mounted storm window.
BID PACKAGE #4:
18 Foss Hill Dr.; Foss Hill Unit 1 – Flooring Replacement Project
