This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
Documents dated December 20, 2014 and all addenda and clarifications. Acknowledge receipt of this
Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to
disqualification.

Available hydrant flow data from Public Works. Not all locations are available. Sprinkler contractor
is responsible for accurate flow data for a complete and code compliant design.
Site locations of domestic water service entrance to buildings have been uploaded to the website.

264 Court Street – Fire Alarm / Fire Sprinkler/Fire Sprinkler Water Supply – Renovation of Third
Floor to Add Bedrooms & Window Replacement Project
1) Renovation to third floor apartment:
a) Electrical contractor shall provide quantity of electrical receptacles per current electrical
code. For bidding purposes assume 17.
2) New ceiling fan/light unit shall be Panasonic WHISPERFIT-LITE MODEL FV-11VFL3, 110
cfm. Disable night light function. Provide new ductwork, vent and accessories to vent to
exterior. Provide a watertight installation.
BID PACKAGE #13E:
115 Cross Street – Fire Alarm / Fire Sprinkler, Renovations
1. Sketches attached
2. Plumbing: Install new Symmons Temptrol 96-2X mixing valve for tub/shower application as
specified in first and second floor bathrooms.
3. Existing water main line is galvanized.
4. Repoint brick foundation at north west corner.

Repair retaining wall at basement entrance.
Repitch gutters to drain to downspouts.
The grounding systems lacks a jumper across the water meter. Install a jumper.
Install GFCI at kitchen counters 1st and 2nd floor.
Provide and install wiring and outlet for new electric range for 2nd floor kitchen. Remove gas
stove.
