6. What is the potential solution to this issue? What evidence/data do you base this on?

8. How does any of this relate to you or other individuals?

Choose Topic/Issue
Find one or more electronic resources (google, links page- http://www.csun.edu/~aes15831/subjects/Oceanography/unit12/links/index.html, etc.)
Find one or more relevant books at the library (www.lapl.org)
Find one or more articles on the library database (http://search3.webfeat.org/la.html)
Read your resources (books and articles)
Take notes on research question one through eight (this might take a while).
Cite your source(s) for your answers to the research questions (include in text citation and full bibliographic citation).
Compose a scientific graphic/figure based on your topic/concept.
Compose a scientific data table based on your topic using Excel.
Compose a scientific graph using your data in Excel. Don’t forget the citation.
Complete the rough draft (use your index cards-do not forget the in-text citations).
Peer-edit the Oceanography rough draft.
Type the science rough draft.
Type the science works cited page.
Merge the rough drafts from Oceanography, History, Math, English, and your action project.
Merge the works cited pages from Oceanography, History, Math, English, and your action project into a complete works cited page.
Peer edit the complete rough draft.
Type the final draft with cover page, appendix, and works cited page.
