“NOTE: If you already met with a counselor and submitted a petition to graduate for the
Spring 2016 or Summer 2016 semester, you may disregard this notice.”
The purpose of the letter is to notify all students who are currently enrolled and with a
certain number of units completed to meet with a counselor to complete a graduation
petition.
If you have already filed a petition, there is no further action required
of you at this time.
