One need that we do have is to provide funding for paid technology staff on our campus. Currently the ITRC and the Technology Committee deal with any technical problems that arise before consulting with HelpDesk personnel. One more need concerns the area of training and implementation of advanced technology use strategies for our staff. A final important need is to supply more color printers throughout the campus. These hours of staff development should focus on students’ use of technology to communicate and present information, such as MS Word, Powerpoint, and graphs. Student products will be presented to parents and the community during the school year.
