Blackshear Elementary is exceptional. The existing infrastructure is classified as Advance Technology on the campus StaR chart data report. There is Internet access with wireless capabilities in all classrooms, along with an excellent district technical support staff. The greatest need at Edward L. Blackshear is to provide more staff development opportunities and educational preparation through collaboration for the integration of technology into the core curriculum.
