We have lost several computers that were end of life this year and have a large quantity of others that are on their way out. The teachers have expressed need for more basic training on the computer programs we already have, such as Kidspiration and Pixie so that they feel comfortable using these programs in their classrooms. Technology support is a big issue, mainly because I am a full time classroom teacher and my time and ability to help all teachers on campus can be very limited. Future Vision and Direction In three years we hope to have ample access to fully functioning computers and programs, both within the classrooms and computer lab. We hope to see increased use of both computer and web based programs to enhance the learning of our students. We hope to share our successes and ideas on how to implement use of the programs we have access to within classrooms of all levels.
