 The survey didn't need instructions. It was easy to understand and navigate.

 This on-line survey is much better than the in class hardcopies. With the on-line
version, one can take the time to think and express their opinions
 Great idea. It is nice to be able to complete the survey in the privacy of your home.

 I would definitely like to see the surveys implemented online, it works out very well.
 No, I like the online format, I felt pressured in the classroom to come up with
thoughtful answers.
 I like this far better than sitting in a class filling out the survey and the secret
envelope method.

 Go for it – undergrads will like this more than staying late in class.
 I am not sure how you could make it any more user friendly. This is a great tool for
getting information on professors. Good job CLU.

This is MUCH better than the in-class surveys! The in-class surveys take up too much
valuable class time and people are always wary of instructors possibly finding out what their
comments are. For that matter, were the old surveys given to instructors in the student's
written hand? I have had a professor act differently with me after I did a survey and I
suspect that they figured out my handwriting style from the survey. It makes me very
uncomfortable around them now even though I was honest

Good and efficient. I prefer this, as we can take our own time to complete the
evaluation.

 Continually expletive removed*ess your progress against your intended goals and
remain open to change. * Inappropriate words were found and removed from this
response.
 Timing: I would send it out a little later in the term. We still have two weeks to go
and I feel it is a bit premature but I didn't want to forget to do the evaluation so I
did it anyway.
