With the application of CS 9 Bundle 40, when canceling a PLUS loan that
does not have a Borrower ID attached to the loan origination record, the
loan adjustments (FAPLBOG1) process fails with the following error:

For PLUS Loans where the Borrower ID hasn't been associated with the
loan, the Adjustment routine is searching for a valid Permanent and Local
address -- when it doesn't encounter either due to an absent Borrower, it
then proceeds to search for a third address, and the routine then fails.
The solution attempts to resolve this.

This fix addresses two issues with CSU Adjust

1. Fixes/eliminates SQL error which occurred for
incoming transfer grades < 1.00. (original

2. Provides a fix for the sticky T issue where
ghost rows in the CSU_TRNSFR_FROM table
(corresponding data rows did not exist in
PS_TRNSFR_FROM) prevented T grades
from converting to numerical grades for

CC Cancel Button
This fix provides users of CC > Student Services
Center and CC > Student Services Ctr (Student)
with a cancel button on the message page that
appears after attempting to access a CAAR for a
student in a status which is ineligible to receive a
CAAR. Prior to this fix, the message page had no
navigation back to the Student Services Center
except for the breadcrumbs, but user was then
required to re-search for the student.

Work Study
Orphaned data is being generated in
CSU_WKS_TMAMT under certain circumstances
when the status of the Custom Split checkbox is
altered and the run control is saved. This
orphaned data generates a buffer error which
doesn’t allow the user to access the run control
component.

This update includes:
 Modified the annual and term disbursement
amount fields on the run control page to display
a zero value instead of blank
 Checking or un-checking the Custom Split
checkbox no longer causes the page to be
saved
 Changing the Emplid field will blank out the item
type, annual and term disbursement amounts,
and check the Custom Split checkbox
 Changing the Item Type field will zero out the
annual disbursement and term amounts and
check the Custom Split checkbox
 Un-checking the "Select Students from File"
checkbox will no longer impact the display on
the Optional Request Parameters/term detail
section. The checkbox now only hides/un-hides
the "File Path and Name" field and "Input File"
button.
 “Clean up” script to delete orphan rows from the
term detail grid (CSU_WKS_STD_OVR) on the
run control

Appendix A: Documentation Updates
Documents listed below have been identified and scheduled for an update to support changes in this
maintenance pack. Please note, only changes that impact the campuses’ ability to apply this maintenance pack
and/or implement new functionality are updated with maintenance pack releases. Minor changes to documents
are made according to the normal application upgrade cycle.
While every effort is made to release the new documents on the same day of the maintenance pack release, this
is not always possible. In cases where the updates are pending, CMS will deactivate the link for the older version
of the document on the CMS website to avoid downloading the improper version. The link will then be reactivated on the CMS website when the new update is posted.
