Computing
Through the completion of various assignments and my position as an Instructional Computing Senior Consultant,
I have become a proficient user of the following programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adobe
Photoshop, and Adobe Reader. I am also well acclimated to using Sybiz, MAC, and various internet browsing software.
Also, as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, through much admin, business plans, sales data analysis, and various
projects, I have extensively used with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and the Oracle Blade program.
Written and Verbal Communication
Over the course of my studies I have undertaken a number of subjects which have required me to construct
written texts of varying structure. As a result I have developed outstanding written skills that can be conveniently tailored
to suit any purpose. This is exemplified by me receiving an “A” for an Honors Independent Portfolio Writing Class during
my final year of college.
My verbal skills have developed in a number of ways through various employment opportunities, including my role
an Instructional Computing Senior Consultant, where I provided high-level customer service and successfully
communicated with fellow consultants. More recently, as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, my interpersonal verbal
skills have developed greatly and been fine tuned to the extent where I have established strong influential relationships
with key general practitioners in my territory. In addition, I have continually proven my ability to appropriately converse
with varying personalities of general practitioners. Finally, through my studies in secondary education and my personal
upbringing, I have conversational skills in Italian.
