Students have been reminded time and again to use of online discussion group, however, due to the weak
background of spoken and written English, they hesitate in participation.

2. Analyze special factors (if any) affecting the results
 There have been many factors related to the above results. First of all, students have not been
able to converse in English Language at all. They could not even write their names in English.
 Unfortunately, they have not been encouraged to converse in English Language by the teachers.
 Student of B.A Level have not been exposed to different types of questions especially, subject
type and essay length questions.
 It has been observed that students of level 6 and above have not been taught in English
Language so there are in habit of switching to mother tongue for the sake of convenience.

Textbooks are not available for the teachers.
No reference book or material available in
library for the teachers to consult.
Multimedia in Room 15 was not in working
condition, this has been brought into notice
of department, however, nothing has been
done till the end of session.
Consequences of any difficulties experienced for
student learning in the course
Students were reminded many a times to get the
recommended book, however, they did not. They had
to rely only on lecture notes prepared by teacher. No
extra reading done by students to clarify their
concepts.
No extra reading or reference material is available in
library for students, as a result students reading is too
limited.
Teacher has to rely on the text material in printed
form, power-point slides were prepared for each
lecture, however, it was of no use.

Organizational or administrative difficulties
encountered (if any)
There had been a problem of writing board
in one of the classroom, room # 15. There
was no writing board, and the instructions
were not to use the Smart Board. So there
was a lot of difficulty to conduct class.
Consequences of any difficulties experienced for
student learning in the course
When there is no writing board, multimedia does not
work so, it was difficult to engage students for 3
hours in lesson.
