1. Bronson called the meeting to order at 3:35 pm.
2. Werner/Vanevenhoven motion to approve the minutes of the 09/10/14 meeting
were unanimously approved.
3. By a roll call vote of four in favor, three opposed, the tenured faculty moved to
go into a closed session for the personnel reviews of Assistant Professors
Chang, Delaney-Klinger, Simha, Yu, and Zakaria. (Vanevenhoven/Tourigny
motion)
4. Werner/Vanevenhoven motion to return to open session was unanimously
approved.
5. Gosenpud/Godiwalla motion to adjourn was unanimously approved at 4:35
PM.
