At UTC, I enhanced my knowledge of industrial engineering and was able to apply lean
six-sigma methodologies and data analysis to the aerospace industry. I was exposed to
various departments and furthered my ability to adapt analytical skills to different
environments. These skills would allow me to serve as an asset for XYZ as they focus on
process improvements within manufacturing.
In addition, my summer spent with Protiviti has developed me to be a strong candidate as
well. While at Protiviti, I had the opportunity to apply project management tactics,
operations research techniques, and problem solving skills to an IT Risk Consulting
environment. Through Excel and Visio I created process maps of information flow
through networks and analyzed this data to assess user access permission across various
high profile clients. I also enhanced my communication skills through brainstorming
sessions, writing technical documents, and networking with many clients, engineers, and
managers.
As XYZ puts great value on being efficient and innovative through team projects, my
technical growth through UTC and Protiviti, allows me to be a strong fit. I look forward
