It is the policy of the Department of Theatre Arts that all MFA students discuss with their
advisor any potential performance opportunities outside the department before making any
commitments to such projects. The student must meet with their advisor to discuss the project,
ensuring there are no conflicts with any departmental commitments, and have their advisor sign
this form prior to accepting any role in non-departmental projects. The completed form should be
submitted to Rae Wilmot for placement in your student file.
