Gretchen Fox President Fox RPM Corp. As President of Fox RPM Corp., the largest full-service real estate project management company in New England, Gretchen Fox has directed two decades of expansion and growth. The firm she founded in her Lexington home in 1988 today employs people trained in space planning, interior design, facility management, project management, move coordination and CAD/CAFM. Fox staff are highly proficient in construction management, facility relocations and restack projects, furniture management, and outsourced facilities services. Headquartered in downtown Boston, with offices in Providence, RI; Buffalo, NY; and Washington, DC; Fox serves dozens of the region's best-known corporations, such as Sovereign Bank, Fidelity Investments, Staples and State Street Corporation. In addition to corporate clients, Fox serves institutional, quasi-public and governmental organizations such as Harvard University, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and General Services Administration. Gretchen attended Randolph-Macon Woman's College and attained her MBA degree in 1987 from Simmons College Graduate School of Management, where she was awarded the Trahey Marketing Prize. In 1999, Gretchen was named “Business Woman of the Year” by the New England Women Business Owners (NEWBO), having been selected from among 55 qualified candidates throughout the region. In 2000, her firm was named Mentor of the Year by the Boston Chapter of International Facilities Management Association, in recognition of their active internship program. From 2002-2007, Fox Relocation Management was named one of Massachusetts’ Top 100 Woman-Led companies by The Commonwealth Institute and Babson College’s Center for Women’s Leadership. In 2003, Gretchen was named as a Women’s Business Enterprise National Council “Business Star” in Washington, D.C. In 2005, she was named as one of the “NFTE 50” by the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship and in 2006, Women's Business named her one of their top 10 bosses. At the Commonwealth Institute’s 10th Anniversary Gala in October 2007, Gretchen was honored to receive the 2007 Silverman Award, presented to an entrepreneur who demonstrates a commitment to giving back to the community and mentors other women in business.
