Objective 15 Task 1 and 2 Assessment Procedures (911 Call)
1) Show students one picture of an emergency with the name of person who needs help
and the address and cross street of the emergency. Students must use this to
report the emergency.
2) Use dialog below to role-play 911 call.
3) After you have completed the dialog and emergency sign identification, add the
points and transfer them to the score sheet for task 1 and 2, then add the total
points for all students. Sign and date. Give all forms to the teacher.
