Eligibility requirements: All participants must be over the age of 18. All participants must be enrolled at a tertiary institution within Australia. Such as a university, TAFE or institute of technology. All entrants will have to provide an enrolment letter from their institution to be eligible to enter. Each participants within the team needs to be named on the nomination form. Competition Requirements: In entering this competition, I/we are agreeing to the following: 1. All participants are enrolled at a tertiary institution within Australian and are not employees of the ABS (ongoing and non-ongoing). 2. All submissions are the original design and creation of content from the entrant and do not infringe anyone else's copyright protections. 3. No person’s rights are or will be infringed by making the clip for this competition, or by the clip being used on the ABS/NatStats/NSS internet sites and ABS marketing and communication campaigns. 4. The clip complies with the APS values 5. That any clip submitted may being placed on the NatStats 2013 website, shown at the NatStats 2013 conference and associated social events and used in future promotional materials for the NSS, NatStats and/or ABS. The maximum number of people in a team is four. For team nominations the team must elect one person to represent the team. Entries must be received by February 15 2013. The clip must be in English and developed using one of the two topics provided. The clip must not exceed 2 minutes. The clip must market the topic "statistics" to the masses and be of general viewing classification. The clip must be no more than 2 minutes in length, and submitted as a MOV, MPEG4 or AVI file on CD or USB storage device. All entries and winners will be assessed by a judging panel which includes both experts in the multimedia industry and ABS employees. All decisions of judges are final and not subject for review.
