participate in over the next 24 hours. Include the times that you begin and end
all activities.

last 24 hours, calculate the number of calories that you took in throughout the
day. Print out a copy of your results and attach it to this page.
5. How did your daily intake of calories compare to your need based on your
level of activity?
6. Which nutrients were lacking in your diet? Research which foods you could
increase in your diet to improve this deficiency.
