Proposal for a franchise agreement
Proposal is to offer the already approved and
validated MBA and BA (Hons) Business Studies
These courses are already validated to run at the
Peterborough campus by Globe Education and
franchised to the London campus of the School of
Business and Law
Proposed student numbers of up to 350 per entry
point; three entry points a year
London School of Commerce Malta (LSCM) has
been licensed by the National Commission for
Further and Higher Education (NCFHE) in Malta as a
registered higher education institution
NCFHE has accredited LSCM’s MBA and PG
Business Management
LSCM does not have links with other HE awarding
bodies at this time
LSCM intend to seek approval to deliver further
Anglia Ruskin courses in the future

First City University College
The proposal is to replace the current course offerings
with dual awards, the current franchised courses will
be phased out over the next four years
The total value of credit per award is slightly above
Anglia Ruskin Academic Regulations requirements to
satisfy the MQA

delivered by subject specialists in Billericay schools
Proposed home/EU tuition fee of £9,000 funded by the
School Direct scheme
Development on the existing franchise agreement with
Billericay Educational Consortium for the PGCE primary
course
Three subjects for the PGCE secondary course were
approved by CMT on the 24th of March 2014
All providers have to bid on an annual basis for training
places therefore numbers will vary from year to year
