Question:2. Confirmation of when the Formulary is due for review Answer:This formulary was recently reviewed and the update approved in August 2012. Reviews of formulary sections are carried out as part of a rolling programme and/or when significant new evidence becomes available or changes are formally requested or required. Question:3. Confirmation of whether the Formulary is a joint Formulary shared with any other primary or secondary care units in the region (e.g. other hospitals / community clinics). Answer:The formulary is a joint formulary and is used within NHS Lothian across primary and secondary care, including the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
