Assignment: WEBSITE PROJECT
Purpose:
This project is designed to guide students through the process of reviewing
a website. For this course, students must choose one website which provides information
about special populations.
PROCEDURE:
1.Review the following “How to Recognize an Informational Web Page”, from Widener
University: http://www.widener.edu/libraries/wolfgram/evaluate/informational.asp
2. Provide the URL and name of the website. Write a summary paragraph that includes:
a. what this site offers
b. for whom is it useful and how is it useful?
c. where do the provided links lead you? Give 2 examples of the links provided and if
they are relevant.
