2013-2014 Executive Board Officer Application
Thank you for your interest in applying to be a 2013-2014 Greek Affairs Executive Board
Officer. The positions on the Greek Affairs Executive Board are ones of great leadership,
commitment, and privilege in serving our four Greek organizations, the Greek community at
large, and University of Illinois Springfield.
This application has several parts—the application form, 4 short answer questions, and a
recommendation form to be completed by a UIS faculty or staff member. Please include the
recommendation in a sealed envelope. Each applicant must also attach an unofficial

are submitted, the current Greek Affairs President will review them, ratify the qualification of
each applicant, and create a voting slate to be sent to the Greek Affairs General Body. Each
qualifying applicant will also be asked to give a short speech (1-3 minutes) on their goals and
intentions as a new Executive Board member, during the General Body meeting on September
12th, April 3:30pm.
All applicants for the Greek Affairs Executive Board must have a minimum of a 2.50 GPA.
Applicants for President and Vice-President must be Greek Affairs Board members for one full
