The HSI grant applications will be framed around CSUSM’s Graduation Initiative which seeks to ensure students’ success in attaining educational goals. Individuals and groups are asked to submit a 2-3 page proposal (attached to this form), addressing each of the items below with as much detail as possible. Individuals and groups with meritorious proposals will be asked to participate in an HSI application planning and writing team beginning in mid November. The teams will develop and submit HSI Title V grant applications in late spring/ early summer 2011.
