This award is to honor individual members who have rendered outstanding service to SAVE International by making exceptional
contributions in Industry, Government, Construction, Management or Education. Sponsor, please attach the following:
1. A typed statement of the nominee’s credentials and accomplishments using the attached evaluation form that relates to
the qualification for Distinguished Service in Industry, Government, Construction, Management, or Education. Additional
supplemental information is acceptable provided that the criteria form is completed.
2. The Thomas D. Snodgrass Distinguished Service Award for Education is to recognize individuals, and indirectly those
educational institutions for which they have scholastic responsibility or affiliation, who have significantly contributed to the
value profession by creating a climate within their institution which promotes the instruction of techniques associated with
the value profession.
3. The Thomas D. Snodgras award is not intended to recognize consultants who conduct training seminars on a for-fee basis,
but is intended to recognize any individual who teaches the value management methodologies and techniques as part of
formal course work included within the regular curriculum of an educational institution. However, any individual who is
both a value management instructor affiliated with an educational institution, and who also works as a value management
consultant, is eligible for this award.

Benefit SAVE International® and the value profession by achieving a major accomplishment, such as chairing the revision of
manuals of practice, contributing to the rewriting of the constitution, writing a society publication, sponsoring a seminar, or
