From lessons learned through the Starfire development process, draft a vision document with multiple scenarios to be applied to various wildand fire programs, that could guide the Operation and Maintenance of the analysis into the future. Include discussions of the technical infrastructure and business process needed for the long term support of the analysis project and delivery of analysis products.
