Hello,
Welcome to this website’s survey. I am going to
bore you with about a ten sentence paragraph
about how this website is so happy you are
thinking about taking a survey. You probably
already know how to take a survey but I am going
to tell you how to again!! First fill out the
information as best as you can and then blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. And again,
thank you for taking our survey!

Navigation is Key
• Always have a Home
• Sections break
everything up
• Sub-sections are good
at helping people
narrow their search
• Show breadcrumbs so
people can know
where they have
been and where they
are
This is a great example of a page that has
excellent navigation elements. The only
things missing are the breadcrumbs.

Homepage
A good homepage should
have…
• Tagline
• Sections that are clear
• Welcome blurb that
explains what the site
can do for you unless
it is a site that is wellknow like GameStop.
• Deals and Promotions
because they pull the
users in
Improvements…
• Better tagline that
holds more info
• Explain sections
Other Important Pieces of Information
Usability is key for a good website and one
way to ensure this a usability test. People
can give insight when they go through a
website in its early stages. This test shows
the real problems of a site.
Making things accessible is a
common courtesy. Anyone can
benefit from accessibility
services a website may offer.
