Non-Resident Tuition Rate for Arizona High School Graduates
Undergraduate students that demonstrate all of the following conditions may be eligible for a non-resident
tuition rate of 150% of Undergraduate resident tuition. This rate does not apply to differential tuition, or
tuition for on-line, accelerated or distributed programs.
1. The student is not eligible for in-state tuition, and
2. The student has attended high school (grades 9-12) in Arizona for a minimum of three years
while physically present in Arizona and graduated from an Arizona high school (or attained the
equivalent while physically present in Arizona for a minimum of three years), and
3. The student is lawfully present in Arizona, and
4. The student is an Undergraduate.
Note: Eligible students remain classified as non-residents.
