BENEFITS
~Develop professional presentation skills
~Experience communication with a wide variety of people
~A college of engineering nametag
~Meeting other engineering students
RESPONSIBILITIES
~Attend meetings
-At-Large Meeting and Training Night
-Region Meetings
-Meetings will be twice a month in the fall and every 3 weeks in
the spring
~Complete a minimum of two high school visits during the fall
semester.
~Complete a minimum of two on campus activity per semester
~Pay $1800 dues once a year
~Communicate with your region head
NOTE: Engineering Ambassadors is a priority!
You will be trained to visit high schools, assist in giving tours, and be called upon
to help with special events within the college of engineering. In addition, you will
be given information about the college and each department that you will be
expected to learn. Please consider these time demands and plan accordingly for
ambassadors for next fall.
