To complete a major in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies, students must take the core courses, as well as a minimum of nine units from
lower division courses and nine units from upper division courses as well. Students working toward a credential in teaching in the Elementary
School may be required to take different courses based on changes made due to new state standards. You must have a ‘C-‘ or better in all
major courses. (FYI: Students will need 180 units to graduate with this degree; including 60 upper division units) (Transfers: 75 units
