(descriptions of committees are on the back) Programming External Internal Finance Requirements: Maintains a G.P.A. of 2.5 Attends monthly meetings Attends committee meetings (at least twice a month) University Programming: Event planning and creating programs are some of the responsibilities that lie under this committee. There is a lot of collaboration with other entities on campus, and the main purpose of this committee is to enrich the students' experience in college. External: The main focus of the external committee is to be that bridge between our university and the other CSUs in our system. They work closely with these other campuses and attend trips to CSSA, where all 23 campuses meet and discuss issues we are facing as campuses individually and also as a system as a whole. They are responsible for all political affairs that can affect our campus and they encourage our students to participate in voting and registering to vote. Also they inform our students about getting involved in our community. Internal: This committee oversees everything that concerns the organization, ASI, as a whole. The Internal committee reviews the By Laws, and adjusts them as necessary. The committee creates policies and proposals; it also manages special projects such as the Senior Project. Finance: This committee is responsible for maintaining a relationship with our clubs on campus, the budget, and the dissemination of those funds to our clubs and organizations. This committee is also responsible for organizing and contacting classrooms to inform students about ASI and other information that is currently involving students. University Affairs: University Affairs is responsible for keeping and making our campus more sustainable and environmentally friendly. This committee also is in charge of organizing and resolving student issues by maintaining constant contact with our housing students.
