Call for Juried* Poster Presentations
Instructions:
To submit an entry for a poster presentation, please complete this form, an online
conference registration: http://www.albany.edu/agep/register.html and an abstract of 200
words or less no later than February 28, 2011. Additionally, presenters should adhere to the
following:
Guidelines:
The presentation should reflect original research conducted in the STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering & Mathematics) fields. Students are expected to be present at their assigned location
to discuss their work with jurors and other conference participants.
Poster Specifications:
POSTERS MUST BE SIZE: 36” x 42” with no text smaller than size 20 font.
Display boards and easels will be provided. A limited supply of pushpins will be available on a
first-come, first-serve basis. Please, no tape, Velcro or glue. Audiovisual equipment will not be
provided. Students may choose to provide hand-outs or other relevant supplemental information
as needed.
*Prizes will be awarded for First, Second and Third place.
